Rates
Rates may not apply to private functions
Weekdays: $145 per person (single occupancy add $100), plus tax
Weekends: $200 per person (single occupancy add $100), plus tax
Summer weekend with whole property rental: $300 per person - 30 people minimum (plus tax)
Most other times with whole property rental: $185 per person - 20 people minimum (plus tax)
Deposits/Cancellations: 50% deposit required at booking. If you cancel with three weeks notice, we'll refund your deposit, less a $25 cancellation fee. If there are fewer than 5 sign-ups for open functions and we cancel, we'll refund your entire deposit.
