Rates (2012)
Weekdays: $175 per person (single occupancy add $100), plus tax
Weekends: $230 per person (single occupancy add $100), plus tax
Summer weekend with whole property rental: $310 per person - 30 people minimum (plus tax)
Deposits/Cancellations: 50% deposit required at booking. If you cancel with three weeks notice, we'll refund your deposit, less a $25 cancellation fee.
